Điều 1 Điều 1: Nay ban hành kèm theo quyết định này Bảng giá tính lệ phí trước bạ tài sản ôtô, xe gắn máy làm căn cứ thu lệ phí trước bạ tại tỉnh Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu.
Điều 2 Điều 2: Quyết định này có hiệu lực sau 5 (năm) ngày kể từ ngày ký. Các văn bản trước đây trái với quyết định này đều bãi bỏ.
