Điều 3. Điều 3. Thủ trưởng các cơ quan: Văn phòng UBND tỉnh, Sở Tư pháp, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường, các Sở, ngành trực thuộc UBND tỉnh; Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thành phố; Chủ tịch UBND các xã, phường, thị trấn; các cơ quan, tổ chức và cá nhân có liên quan căn cứ quyết định thi hành./.
