Điều 2. Điều 2. 1. Thông tư này có hiệu lực sau 45 ngày kể từ ngày ký. 2. Chánh Văn phòng, Vụ trưởng Vụ Kiểm toán nội bộ NHNN, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị thuộc Ngân hàng Nhà nước, Giám đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước chi nhánh các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Thông tư này./.
