Điều 2. Điều 2. Các ông, bà Chánh Văn phòng UBND tỉnh, Giám đốc sở Tài chính, thủ trưởng các sở, ban, ngành, đơn vị có liên quan và Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thị xã tổ chức thực hiện Quyết định nầy. Quyết định nầy có hiệu lực sau 10 ngày kể từ ngày ký./.
