Điều 2. Điều 2. Điều khoản thi hành Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 01 tháng 9 năm 2024. Chánh Văn phòng UBND tỉnh; Thủ trưởng các Sở, ban, ngành thuộc tỉnh; Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thị xã, thành phố; Thủ trưởng các cơ quan liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.
