Điều 1. Điều 1. Bãi bỏ danh mục thu phí xe mô tô, xe gắn máy Ban hành kèm theo Nghị quyết số 74/2003/NQ-HĐND và Nghị quyết số 21/2004/NQ-HĐND của HĐND tỉnh.
Điều 2. Điều 2. Điều chỉnh tỷ lệ nộp ngân sách từ nguồn thu phí qua các cầu nói trên như sau: - Phần nộp NSNN: 40%. - Phần để lại cho đơn vị trực tiếp thu: 60%.
Điều 3. Điều 3. Nghị quyết này có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/01/2007. Các quy định tại Nghị quyết số 74/2003/NQ-HĐND và Nghị quyết số 21/2004/NQ-HĐND không trái với Nghị quyết này vẫn có hiệu lực thi hành.
Điều 4. Điều 4. Giao cho UBND tỉnh tổ chức thực hiện nghị quyết này. Nghị quyết này đã được Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh Bắc Giang Khoá XVI kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua./.
