Điều 2. Điều 2. Các ông Chánh Văn phòng HĐND và UBND tỉnh, Giám đốc các sở: Giáo dục và Đào tạo, Tài chính - Vật giá, Kho bạc Nhà nước, Cục trưởng Cục thuế, Chủ tịch UBND các huyện, thị xã, Thủ trưởng các sở, ban ngành căn cứ quyết định thi hành.
