Điều 1 Điều 1: Nay công bố Danh mục văn bản quy phạm pháp luật do Bộ Tài chính ban hành đến ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2003 hết hiệu lực pháp luật gồm 140 văn bản (Có danh mục kèm theo).
Điều 2 Điều 2: Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành sau 15 ngày, kể từ ngày đăng Công báo.
Điều 3 Điều 3: Các Bộ, cơ quan ngang Bộ, cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Uỷ ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương và các đơn vị thuộc, trực thuộc Bộ Tài chính có trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.
