Căn cứ Quyết định số 43/2010/QĐ-TTg ngày 2 tháng 6 năm 2010 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ về ban hành hệ thống chỉ tiêu quốc gia;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 17/2010/TT-BTNMT ngày 4 tháng 10 năm 2010 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định kỹ thuật về chuẩn dữ liệu địa chính;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 11/2010/TT-BXD ngày 17 tháng 8 năm 2010 của Bộ Xây dựng về hướng dẫn quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu công trình ngầm đô thị;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 05/2012/TT-BXD ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2012 về ban hành hệ thống chỉ tiêu ngành xây dựng;
Căn cứ Thông tư số 06/2012/TT-BXD ngày 10 tháng 10 năm 2012 về quy định chế độ báo cáo thống kê tổng hợp ngành xây dựng;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 6233/QĐ-UBND ngày 7 tháng 12 năm 2012 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về ban hành mô hình hệ thống thông tin đất đai - xây dựng tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 5852/QĐ-UBND ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2012 của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố về phê duyệt
Chương trình xây dựng hệ thống thông tin chuyên ngành;
QUYẾT ĐỊNH:
Điều 1
Ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này “Chương trình xây dựng Hệ thống thông tin quản lý xây dựng Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn 2014 - 2020”.
Điều 2
Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
Điều 3
Chánh Văn phòng Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố , Giám đốc Sở Xây dựng, Giám đốc Sở Thông tin và Truyền thông, Giám đốc Sở Nội vụ, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân quận - huyện, phường - xã - thị trấn, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này./.

Chương trình xây dựng Hệ thống thông tin quản lý xây dựng Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn 2014 - 2020.
Chương trình; tổng hợp báo cáo Ủ y ban nhân dân Thành phố định kỳ 6 tháng và tổ chức sơ kết hàng năm thực hiện
Chương trình để rút kinh nghiệm thực tiễn trong quá trình thực hiện.
Chương trình và hướng dẫn Sở Xây dựng và các đơn vị tham gia chương trình thực hiện đ ú ng quy trình thủ tục đầu tư các dự án thành phần chuyên ngành công ng hệ thông tin - truyền thông.
Chương trình xây dựng Hệ thống thông tin quản lý xây dựng Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn 2014 - 2020 theo đúng chỉ đạo của Ủy ban nhân dân Thành phố.
